Windshield replacement and new inspection/emissions sticker?

So I just had my windshield replaced on a car that I bought about 4 months ago. The previous owner got it freshly inspected right before he sold it to me.

Now I need the inspection sticker re-issued on the new windshield by a certified mechanic which is no problem.

Problem I believe it is due for emissions and I am worried about what the cost will be if it does. The car is like new and has no leaks or anything.

Does anyone know what kind of tests they run in PA for emissions and how much it will cost to have those done?
